This building was built on a 90-square-meter land and was inaugurated by Jakarta Acting Governor, Heru Budi Hartono yesterday. It is a model for arranging residential areas based on a sustainable city scheme with a four-story vertical residence with nine residential units that have supporting facilities and infrastructure following decent housing standards, both in terms of building durability, air circulation, lighting, sanitation, as well as guaranteeing the legality of legal land ownership for residential owners.
